Vistamar Beach and Golf Resort
TERREC provided project management services for the first phase of Vistamar Beach & Golf Resort. This phase involved planning and overseeing the design and construction of the infrastructure for a seven-terrace amphitheater with 123 ocean-view lots, residential buildings, and a clubhouse. It also included the filling and leveling of the first nine holes of the 18-hole golf course located in the second phase of the project.

Wai Hotel
Five-star boutique hotel with 40 rooms located in Marbella, in the Calle Uruguay area of Panama City. Services provided: Environmental impact studies, technical consulting for preliminary design plans, and project management for pre-construction phase.

US New Embassy Compound
TERREC provided Project Management Consulting (Project Control) services. This project is located in Clayton, within a high-security area. The general contractor submitted a monthly schedule for review by TERREC, who then prepared a detailed progress report to inform the project’s status to the owner, Overseas Building Operations (OBO), U.S. Government.

Costa Sur
This project is located along the Corredor Sur highway, near the Ciudad Radial exit. It involved a 4-meter-high fill over marshy ground to prepare the subgrade for the main boulevard. TERREC also carried out all infrastructure construction works for the main boulevard of the first phase, including the Sanitary System, Water Supply System, Storm Drainage System, and Road System, as well as the construction of the entry monument for the master plan of the development. The project is part of a planned residential development that will include a total of 1,000 housing units upon completion.

Majagual Ocean View
This project is located in the Majagual area, past the district of Veracruz. It was planned to include eight housing units ranging from 220 to 300 m², all with ocean views. TERREC provided turnkey services (studies, design, and construction) for the land grading, infrastructure construction, and housing development.

Biomed Pharma
TERREC provided turnkey services (studies, design, and construction) for this project located along the Pan-American Highway in the Las Mañanitas area. It consisted of the development of a pharmaceutical plant for the production of injectable medications, which included a sanitized clean room. This pharmaceutical facility was the first in the Republic of Panama to obtain approval from the Ministry of Health for the production of injectable drugs.

Villa Valencia
This project is located along the Corredor Sur highway near the Ciudad Radial exit, within the Costa Sur residential development. It involved the construction of the guardhouse, perimeter fence, and the first phase of housing, including the model home. In this project, TERREC provided construction services and was responsible for coordinating and managing direct labor and all subcontractors. This phase of the larger development consisted of the construction of 186 housing units.

PH The Millenium
A 26-story residential building with 80 apartments located in Obarrio that sustained significant damage after a gas explosion in the adjacent building. TERREC provided project management services for the reconstruction during the pre-construction and construction phases of the building’s lobby. Additionally, TERREC provided project management services for the pre-construction phase of the social area.

This project is located in the El Cangrejo area. TERREC provided construction plan development services for a 12-story building with 48 apartments, 4 commercial spaces, and 45 parking spaces.

Torres de Milán
This project is located along the Centenario highway. TERREC built the guardhouse, perimeter wall, and all infrastructure systems for the main boulevard and secondary streets, including the Sanitary System, Water Supply System, Storm Drainage System, and Road System of the development’s master plan. TERREC also carried out the general construction of six buildings with five floors each, containing 40 apartment units per building, for a total of 240 units. This was a turnkey project in which TERREC was responsible for coordinating and managing direct labor, materials, equipment, and all subcontractors.

This project is located along the Transístmica highway near Milla 8. TERREC carried out the studies and conceptual design of the master plan and architectural plans. The project was planned to develop 1,000 housing units across 25 buildings with 40 apartments each.

This project is located in the Parque Lefevre area. TERREC conducted feasibility studies, as well as conceptual and preliminary design. The project is a residential building planned to include 5 floors with 12 apartments.

TERREC carried out the construction of infrastructure for the secondary roads, including the Sanitary System, Water Supply System, Storm Drainage System, and Road System. The project was planned to develop approximately 1,500 housing units.

Residential project covering 23 hectares (up to 83 social or preferential housing lots) located in La Mitra, district of La Chorrera, approximately 45 minutes west of Panama City. TERREC provided real estate consulting, studies, and preliminary design services.

This project is located near the Pacora exit. TERREC provided preliminary design services for the subdivision layout and housing units. The project is planned to develop approximately 1,950 single-family social housing units in its first phase.

Residential building project located on Vía Argentina, consisting of 23 floors with 188 apartments ranging from 42 m² to 86 m², featuring a large social area and a total construction area of 26,917 m². TERREC provided Project and Construction Management consulting services.

Torres Playa Albertón
This project is located in Playa Leona, La Chorrera, on the road to Playa Albertón. TERREC carried out studies, design plans, and permitting for the development of the first phase consisting of 100 housing units, as well as the master plan for 18 phases with a total of 1,800 social housing units distributed across 90 apartment buildings with 20 units each.

Tocumen Industrial Park
This project was an industrial park located along the Tocumen highway. Our services began with an evaluation of an existing master plan for the project. After a thorough review of the existing drawings, TERREC provided value engineering consulting to reduce costs and increase the project’s revenue and profitability. TERREC carried out the studies, redesign of plans, earthworks, and construction of the drainage system. Additionally, TERREC provided turnkey services (studies, design, permitting, and construction) for an industrial park comprising 55,426 m² of modular warehouses, 12,166 m² of mini storage units, and 1,200 m² of commercial spaces.

Residential building project located in Llano Verde, Juan Díaz. TERREC provided study and design services during the pre-construction phase for a 13-story residential building with 124 apartment units of 69 m² each, totaling 18,986 m² of construction area.

Centro Comercial Milla 8
This project is an industrial park with both industrial and commercial areas, located along the Transístmica highway north of Panama City, on a 30-hectare site. Through one of its subsidiaries, TERREC provided project and construction management services for the rock excavation, grading, and infrastructure construction phase.
