Our experience, guided by solid principles
TERREC began operations under the name of one of its subsidiary companies (HECSA) in the year 2000, offering project and construction management services for resort, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
A few years later, in response to client needs and with the goal of providing a more comprehensive range of services, TERREC expanded its offerings to include environmental impact assessments, topography, hydrology/hydraulics, energy, feasibility studies, design plans, real estate consulting, and project development.
In 2013, seeking to enter new industries, we partnered with Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, a firm with extensive experience in maritime, healthcare, hospitality, aviation, transportation, and education projects, among others.
Today, we continue to pursue new challenges and improve our services for our clients and partners.

Ing. Kumar Padilla
General Manager
Responsible for evaluating and analyzing new projects and assembling the work teams for their execution. Also oversees and supervises all project phases, from pre-construction through construction and post-construction.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. University of New Orleans, December 1994.
– Engineer Padilla has extensive experience in the construction of residential, industrial, port, and commercial projects, both in Panama and the United States.
Arq. Jorge Baquero
Design Manager
Leads the creative design phase and the production of plans, from conceptual design to construction drawings and on-site inspection.

– Focus and professional experience in architectural design, consulting, and management.
– Experience in business, commercial, and operational leadership in architectural firms with projects in Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Panama, Venezuela, and the United States.
– Extensive experience in quality control, creation and monitoring of procedures, client advisory, and client management.
– Inspection, supervision, and on-site monitoring of projects under construction.
Ing. Gilberto Ortiz
Environmental / Energy Manager
Responsible for managing environmental impact assessment and energy efficiency consulting for our projects.
