Preliminary Design: In this phase, spaces and dimensions are defined. General specifications evolve into technical specifications, areas are coordinated, and elevations are established. During this stage, we prepare architectural drawings for the preliminary project submission.

Detailed Design: Finally, the detailed design phase includes architectural and engineering drawings along with the technical specifications required for project construction.
