Vistamar Beach and Golf Resort
TERREC provided project management services for the first phase of Vistamar Beach & Golf Resort. This phase involved planning and overseeing the design and construction of the infrastructure for a seven-terrace amphitheater with 123 ocean-view lots, residential buildings, and a clubhouse. It also included the filling and leveling of the first nine holes of the 18-hole golf course located in the second phase of the project.

Wai Hotel
Five-star boutique hotel with 40 rooms located in Marbella, in the Calle Uruguay area of Panama City. Services provided: Environmental impact studies, technical consulting for preliminary design plans, and project management for pre-construction phase.

US New Embassy Compound
TERREC provided Project Management Consulting (Project Control) services. This project is located in Clayton, within a high-security area. The general contractor submitted a monthly schedule for review by TERREC, who then prepared a detailed progress report to inform the project’s status to the owner, Overseas Building Operations (OBO), U.S. Government.
